IWAKO marked 87.7% in erase test, highest standard. Every
corner of IWAKO eraser can be used as real eraser, effective to the last bit, the beauty is more than skin deep.
1- Each eraser is sliced into even parts.
2- Pencil marks over the paper surface. 3- Mechanical application of different eraser parts to the
pencil marks 3 times. 4- The result is tested by infrared instruments, 80% erase rate is the standard passing
grade. Based on JIS Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) (日本工業規格 Nippon Kōgyō Kikaku) specifies the standards used for
industrial activities in Japan. The standardization process is coordinated by Japanese Industrial Standards Committee and
published through Japanese Standards Association.
